Tour Plan
Day 01
Airport to Sigiriya
Your journey begins with a drive to the cultural triangle, where adventure meets ancient history. Climb the world-famous Sigiriya Lion Rock Fortress, then enjoy panoramic views from Pidurangala Rock. Explore the mystical Dambulla Cave Temple, and take a peaceful village tour with a traditional Sri Lankan lunch. A perfect introduction to the soul of the island.
Day 02
Sigiriya to Kandy
Travel to Kandy, the spiritual heart of Sri Lanka. En route, visit a herbal garden to learn about local plants and spices. In the afternoon, explore the Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of Buddhism’s most sacred sites. Stroll through the stunning Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, then enjoy a vibrant cultural dance performance in the evening.
Day 03
Kandy to Nuwara Eliya
Head into the cool green highlands, stopping to climb the scenic Ambuluwawa Tower — a spiral climb with jaw-dropping views. In Nuwara Eliya, also known as “Little England,” visit tea factories and plantations where you can sip and learn about Ceylon tea from the source.
Day 04
Nuwara Eliya to Ella
Today, board one of the world’s most beautiful train rides — from Nanu Oya to Ella. The journey winds through misty forests, tea hills, and waterfalls. Arrive in Ella, a cozy hill town perfect for nature-loving families.
Day 05
Ella to Yala
Spend the morning exploring Nine Arches Bridge, a feat of colonial engineering, and hike up Little Adam’s Peak for sweeping views. Cool off at Ravana Falls, and visit the nearby Blue Water Pond. Then head south to Yala, where wild encounters await.
Day 06
Yala to Weligama
Start your day with a thrilling Yala National Park jeep safari, where you might spot leopards, elephants, and exotic birds. Afterward, travel along the coast to the sunny beach town of Weligama, ideal for some seaside relaxation.
Day 07
Weligama to Airport
On your final day, explore the historic Galle Fort, with its cobbled lanes, lighthouse views, and ice cream stops. Visit a turtle conservation farm, where kids can learn about ocean life and see baby turtles up close. Then head to the airport with a heart full of memories from your Sri Lankan family adventure.
